Information for Instructors
NKU on iTunes U enables you to put your audio and video recordings available online, accessible only to your students through Blackboard. It's integrated with the popular iTunes program, so it's easy to download content, play it on a computer, and transfer it to an iPod. Plus, all files are hosted on Apple's servers with virtually no limits on storage space or file size--so you can upload everything you've got!
If you would like your students to be able to download recordings of your lectures or other audio/video clips for your classes, send an email to itunesu@nku.edu with the Blackboard Course ID for the class you want to use with iTunes U.
Remember: Anything posted on iTunes U can be downloaded, copied, and redistributed without limitation. If you do not have copyright permission to distribute an audio or video recording, do not upload it to iTunes U. The Streaming Media server is more appropriate for copyrighted material.
